Bio
Jessell Lewis enters her third season on the coaching staff at San José City College, returning to the program where she established herself as one of its most decorated pitchers. A graduate of Silver Creek High School, Lewis was a four-year varsity athlete who earned multiple All-League honors before bringing her talents to SJCC.
As a starting pitcher for the Jaguars, Lewis had an outstanding collegiate career. She earned three First Team All-3C2A selections, two All-State honors, the 3C2A Pitcher of the Year award, and was named an All-American in 2022 — all while helping lead the program to a State appearance. She went on to transfer to California State University, Stanislaus, where she continued her career on an athletic scholarship.
Now in her third year on the sidelines, Lewis channels that experience into developing confident, disciplined student-athletes and preparing them for success both on and off the field.
